    José is chef-owner of THINKfoodGROUP, the management company for Washington, DC's popular dining spots Jaleo, Oyamel, Café Atlántico, Zaytinya, and minibar by josé andrés.
    He is an internationally recognized chef, considered a culinary innovator for bringing both traditional and modern Spanish cuisine to America. Host of "Made in Spain", a PBS television series featuring Spain's wine, food and travel. He is frecuent guest on NBC's TODAY show, CBS's "The Late Show with David Letterman" and others. He was born in the northen Spanish province of Asturias and raised in Barcelona. He started cooking "paellas" for his family, and now he is a promoter of the Washington restaurant scene. The best dining experience of José Andrés has to include Spain's beloved plate: the Tapa which includes sardines with raspberries and "jamón ibérico", the most luxurious ham in the world. José is about to open his first restaurant outside of Washington, DC this November The Bazaar by José Andrés in the SLS Hotel Beverly Hills. He has published several books. His latest entitled "Made in Spain: Spanish Dishes for the American Kitchen" is being released on Tuesday, November 4.

Ingrid launched Simply Delicioso (www.simplydelicioso.com) on Food Network last July and also hosts her own Spanish-language cooking and lifestyle show, Delicioso, on Galavision/Univision. Aside from the two shows, Ingrid pulled together a compilation of her recipes and entertaining ideas, which are showcased in her first cookbook, SIMPLY DELICIOSO: A Collection of Everyday Recipes with a Latin Twist (February 2008, Clarkson Potter/Random House). She opened La Capricieuse, a high fashion luxury boutique in Miami's Coconut Grove and Rocca, a hot spot for richest and famous in South Florida.

    Miguel de la Torre was born and raised in Madrid, Spain. He owns the restaurant "De la Torre's" and the Tapas bar, "La Bodega" with his wife Maggie in Louisville, Kentucky. They have brought to this historic city the most authentic flavors of Spain. If you really want to enjoy one of the best Mediterranean foods, you can't miss this place. The de la Torre family moved to Louisville in 1987 to opened De la Torre's restaurant, consistently ranked among the city's top spots for fine dining. In 2006, they opened a Tapas bar next door to the restaurant, La Bodega. They offer an incredible selection of Iberian wines and tapas. This is the perfect place for a family dinner or a gathering of friends. Soon after its opening, La Bodega was awarded the 2006 Best of Louisville. It is just a marvelous place.

    Chef Richard Sandoval's passion for Mexican cuisine started at an early age. Growing up in Mexico City, Chef Sandoval and his family gathered at his grandmother's home every Sunday for lively family meals. He said that he can't live without the vibrant Mexican flavor that made family dinnners so festive. He is the owner and founder of the Modern Mexican Restaurant group which combines the authentic Mexican ingredients and modern culinary techniques from around the world. Sandoval's dishes are an unexpected Mexican dining experience. Prior to this project, he was famous for his modern french menu at the Savann and Savann Est restaurants in New York City. He opened the Maya restaurants in San Francisco, New York and Dubai. Sandoval partnered with famed opera star Placido Domingo to bring Modern Mexican seafood to New York with Pampano. He was named one of the "Best Chefs of 2003" in New York Magazine, further solidifying his reputation as the Modern Mexican chef in America.

It figures. The Lebanese are the best salesmen in the world. They do well wherever they go. Australia, Africa, Canada, the U S, Mexico, Central and South America. You disparages of this man, go put tires on the roof or your trailer before the wind blows it off. The article did not state all the millions Carlos Slim Helu' has given for college scholarships to Mexicans. Do you think the average Mexican would be better off if he did not have billions? Would Americans be better off if Gates or Henry Ford or Warren B did not make billions?
